1. No Refunds
Getting a refund is strictly not allowed under any circumstances.
2. End Of Service (EOS)
Some tools may stop receiving updates from their developers. This is not our responsibility. You will not receive a refund if this happens. This applies to all license types, including Lifetime licenses.
3. Sharing Authentication
Under no circumstances are you allowed to share any keys, usernames/passwords, or other forms of authentication. If any sharing is detected, your access will be revoked.
4. Reverse Engineering
You are not allowed to attempt to dump, crack, or reverse engineer any of our tools.
5. Service Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel your service at any time without offering a refund, though this is rarely done.
6. Follow Proper Instructions
Proper payment instructions must be followed. For example, if you're paying via PayPal, only "Friends & Family" (FNF) payments are accepted. Any other method will not be refunded or honored.
7. Product Misuse
If you misuse a product (e.g., buying an account and failing to secure it), you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. Your account is your responsibility.
8. Unreasonable Support Requests
We do not offer support for products not purchased directly from us. Additionally, support requests must be respectful and patient.
9. Policy Updates
These terms may change at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates periodically.
10. Product Status
Always check the Discord for product status updates. No support or refunds will be given for purchases of obviously outdated or discontinued products.
11. Disputes
Any attempt to dispute a purchase will be taken seriously. It may lead to bank penalties or legal action. All disputes are reported to U.S., UK, and other international authorities.
12. Reputation
Any attempts to harm CoreAuth’s reputation—such as scamming, impersonation, or spreading false information—are strictly prohibited. Legal and financial actions may be taken in response.
